What a great idea! The lotus seeds look very interesting - how do you eat them? They almost look like cacti. The "Dink List" is quite "cute", as you would say.

What a lovely. original and interesting idea-- Not only did we have a fabulous Asian tour , but we ate well too.
I think you girls have been courageous, venturesome and soaked up Southeast Asia as much as you could.
There will always be "shoulda, coulda." but Good on Ya.
I know you will have had a terrific time with Anna and the girls from Renn, and doing all there is todo in Sidney, and now its up the gold coast .--First stop??
Just FYI, you can use my car for 4 or 5 months over the winter as I would rather you have it than it sit in my garage getting all seized up and sluggish. Leave that part up to me!!
Now that you have some warmer duds, hope you are more comfortable and that your colds are going.

Lotus seeds! They're actually little oval shaped things with those pokes on them...you take them out of the flower, then peel them again and then eat them! So actually you throw away the whole flower and stem. Very cool! And we would not have figured that out had we not seen someone eating it on the massive tuk tuk we took to get to four thousand islands:) Min- thank you SO much for the car offer...we'll see how I do when I get home!!
